I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Human Nutrition and am in the process of becoming a registered dietitian! I also have a diploma in interior decorating (random, I know) & have a passion for helping women become the best version of themselves. I'm a virtual health & fitness coach and run my own business wit the most amazing women you'll ever meet, and also have a side hustle making the cutest scrunchies.
