So you saw my chocolatey instagram post and thought... wow I want to try this! Well you've come to the right place my friend.. here is the recipe for the super delicious vegan chocolate chia pudding!!
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups nondairy milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings
Fresh berries
Vegan chocolate chips
Vegan whipped cream

(1) Combine milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla in an airtight container (I used a mason jar for this!) Cove the mixture with the lid and let it chill in the fridge for minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
(2) Blend the mixture on high speed for 1-2 minutes
(3) Serve or keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days!
